Southend Photo Day - Saturday November 1st (Schedule Included Below)
2014-10-24The Southend Photo Day will be held next Saturday November 1st at Jim Durrell in Ellwood Hall. Once again, In Action Photography will be our service provider. Each player will receive a sponsor plaque, courtesy of the SEMHA.

There will be no change rooms set aside for dressing. Managers should ensure their teams are ready and verify the team lists with InAction once the photo is complete. Individual photos will be taken followed by the team photo.

Photo day Procedures.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Your child should be in full uniform.
Upon your arrival, please visit one of our cashier stations with your order form and payment.
Our cashier will apply a barcode sticker to your form. Please make sure your child’s name is properly spelled on the sticker

We accept cash and checks. Please make checks out to InAction Photography.
Once your order has been completed, your team will be directed to one of our photography stations.
Individuals will be taken first to allow a few extra minutes for late arrivals.
The entire process will take 15 minutes or less
Due to high amount of teams, we will be unable to delay a team for absent players.
Any absent players will be given the opportunity to have their individual photo taken on our absentee night.
Absentees will not be added to the group photo
