Final Equipment Drop Off Date
Final Drop off date is May 3rd from 2pm to 3pm.Sorry about the delay for equipment return but due to maintenance work on the walkley rink there was no access to that side.
Second and final drop off day for all Jerseys, first aid kits and pucks will be held on Saturday May 3rd at 2pm to 3pm. There will be no other scheduled drop off date after this date so please make sure someone on your team returns the equipment.
Only one person from each team should be doing the drop off. Please don't send each parent with their own jersey to the room as its to confusing and the room is not that big. I will have the back door open so you don't have to walk around the entire rink. Door is blue door closest to Walkley road, please don't use zamboni doors as they don't take kindly to the traffic.
Please collect from all players and make sure parents take off all name bars and sponsor bars from jerseys. Also please wash jersey before handing them in so they are ready to wear next year and they should all be returned on hangers the way that you picked them up with dark jersey on outside. Please make sure that the whole set is returned (the exact number of players on your team) and if you are missing a jersey get it before returning set so its a full set for next year. If you cant collect then make sure when returning set that you have name, jersey number and parents contact information of missing jersey so we can contact them. Any jerseys that are not returned and that were signed for on jersey policy, the parent will be on the hook for the $75 per jersey to get another jersey for the following season. ($150 for both)
If you are not coaching next year or not sure, please return pucks and if your first aid kit is in good working order and wasn't used much during the season please return as well.
If you borrowed goalie equipment please return also.
Last thing.....
THERE IS NO WAY THAT ANY SOUTHEND EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE LEFT AT FRONT DESK, LIGHNTING BLADE OR ANY OTHER PLACE EXCEPT EQUIPMENT ROOM. IF WE DON'T SIGN OFF THE JERSEYS THEN THE PARENTS WILL BE ON THE HOOK FOR THE REPLACEMENT COST. NO EXCEPTIONS SO PLEASE EXPLAIN TO THE PARENTS ABOUT THIS.
