Midget - Week 3 - Update (Sunday Sept. 22nd)

MIDGET "B"
Ice times for Midget "B" groups on Sunday, Sept. 22nd will be as follows:
7pm Peplinski: Group 2 v. Group 3 (goalies: Beauchamp / Harding)
8pm Peplinski: Group 2 v. Group 1 (goalies: Elzein / Azar)

No changes to the groups have been made from the previous email.
* Please note, at no time has it been indicated that Groups 1, 2 and 3 are "teams", these groups have remained in place so that the coaching groups can get a continuos look at a set group of players. At no point during the evaluation / balancing process has any one group had all players out, therefore it is a easier task to manage set groups as opposed to moving players around only to have them not be available for the next time slot.
In the Midget cohort .. especially 2nd and 3rd year players, part-time jobs, school and other activities can take priority over hockey, it is seldom a team will have all players out at most games at this level.
As volunteers, we can only do our best to balance our Southend teams, we can not control how other associations will form their teams in comparison.

9pm Peplinski: Red v. White

* any changes to teams Red and White will be done after Saturday's time slot, just show up to Sunday's time and you will be advised of any changes.
